Ron Bodoh’s unique oil & watercolor paintings explore a magical world of color, light and atmosphere which beckon the viewer to explore their depth.

 

His works are an imaginative tour of anthropomorphic forms from nature.

 

He received his Bachelors Degree in art from The University of Wisconsin, where he served as president of the Student Arts League and received several awards. He also creates sculptural pieces in metal and stone.

Ron has been featured in Gulfshore Life Magazine ,People Magazine and on TV’s To Tell the Truth and What’s My Line.

 

 

With fellow artist Larry Henke, he founded The Whimsie Studio, now in rural central Florida, where they create their unique line of handcrafted copper and brass designs.

 

 

He has shown in galleries in Florida and Wisconsin. Ron’s works are in many homes and collections throughout the US.

 

A delightful group of his paintings have recently been shown shown at Gallery of Contemporary Craftsmen in St.Augustine Florida.

Original Watercolors By Ron Bodoh *These watercolors have been sealed with ultraviolet protective acrylic satin varnish and mounted on an archival, acid free archival board. This process brings out the colors in the painting and texture of the hand made papers they are painted on. Because they do not need glass they have a sense of immediacy and freshness. They are as permanent as any oil or acrylic painting. They can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
